• Account information: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth
• Onboarding details: what you're preparing for, class/year, college name, address, and how you heard about us
• Payment information: purchase amounts, order IDs, and payment status. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay
• Delivery information: name, phone number, and address, when you order a physical book
• Usage data: course access, video viewing activity, and platform interactions, used to secure your access and improve our content
• Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our chatbot

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your student account
• Provide access to purchased courses, notes, books, and previous year papers
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Dispatch physical books to your delivery address
• Send order confirmations, access updates, and notes via email and WhatsApp
• Verify your phone number via OTP
• Respond to your queries through our support team and AI chatbot
• Track FK Points earned and spent, and administer the referral program
• Improve our platform and course content
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase: database hosting and authentication
• Razorpay: payment processing (UPI, cards, net banking)
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• MSG91: phone number verification via OTP
• Bunny.net: secure video streaming and content delivery
• Cloudflare R2: storage for thumbnails, PDFs, and cover images
• WhatsApp Cloud API: order and access notifications
• Groq: AI-powered FAQ chatbot

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect it. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Payment records are retained as required under Indian financial regulations. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data except where retention is required by law (for example, financial transaction records).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including row-level security on our database, encrypted connections, and signed, time-limited URLs for video content. Access to sensitive systems is restricted to authorized team members only.

6. Your Rights

As a student using FK Tutorials, you have the right to:

• Access and review the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
