Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our courses, notes, and previous year papers are digital products that grant immediate access upon successful payment, all purchases made on FK Tutorials are final and non-refundable. This applies to course packages, standalone notes, books, and any FK Points spent as part of a purchase. Please review package details, sample content, and reviews carefully before buying.

2. Exception: Duplicate or Failed Payments

The only exception to our no-refund policy is a genuine technical or payment error, such as:

• You were charged more than once for the same package, note, or book
• Money was deducted from your account/card but the purchase shows as failed or pending, and access was never granted
• A verified technical error on our platform prevented you from receiving what you paid for

In these cases, we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund to your original payment method via Razorpay, or grant the access you were entitled to — whichever you prefer.

3. How to Report a Payment Issue

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Your registered email address or phone number
• The package, note, or book you attempted to purchase
• The date and approximate time of the transaction
• Your Razorpay payment ID or order ID (if available, e.g. from your bank/UPI app SMS or email)
• A screenshot of the debit, if possible

4. About Our Payment Gateway

All payments on FK Tutorials are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) through Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. FK Tutorials does not handle or store your payment credentials at any point.

5. Physical Book Deliveries

Books ordered through FK Tutorials are dispatched based on the delivery address provided at checkout. Once a book has been dispatched, the purchase is final. If a book is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
