Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of app.fktutorials.in and the courses, notes, books, and services offered by FK Tutorials ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our platform is intended for students located in India, primarily preparing for EAPCET, State Board exams, or pursuing an Engineering degree in Telangana. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be aware of and consent to your use of the platform, including any purchases.

2. Account Registration

• You may register using Google Sign-In or your email address, and must verify your phone number via OTP
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information during onboarding
• One account per student. Accounts are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms

3. Course Access

• Each package grants access for a fixed validity period from the date of purchase, as stated on the package page (typically up to 365 days)
• Access to video content is provided via secure, time-limited streaming links. Video content may not be downloaded, recorded, screen-captured, or redistributed
• Course access is for the purchasing student's personal, individual use only. Sharing your account, login credentials, or access links with any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund
• Access automatically expires at the end of the validity period. Renewal, if offered, requires a new purchase
• We reserve the right to update, improve, or discontinue specific content, provided existing purchasers retain access to substantially equivalent material for their remaining validity period

4. Payments

• All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, and net banking. We do not store your card or bank details
• The price you pay is always the price fetched from our database at the time of purchase — prices cannot be modified by the client
• You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp once payment is successful

5. FK Points

• 1 FK Point = ₹1 in value when redeemed towards a purchase
• FK Points can be used for up to 50% of the price of a course package
• FK Points can be used for up to 20% of the price of standalone notes or books
• Points are credited to your account only after a purchase is successfully completed
• FK Points expire after 18 months of account inactivity
• FK Points are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash withdrawal value
• We reserve the right to adjust or revoke FK Points credited in error or obtained through fraudulent activity

6. Referral Program

• Each student receives a unique referral code after completing onboarding
• When someone you refer completes their first purchase, you earn FK Points equal to 10% of that purchase amount
• Referral rewards are credited only after the referred student's payment is confirmed as successful
• Self-referrals and referral fraud (e.g. fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of points and possible account suspension

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute video content, notes, or PDFs
• Share your account or login access with anyone else
• Attempt to circumvent video protection, signed URLs, or access controls
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, FK Points, or referral rewards
• Upload or transmit malicious files or code
• Abuse our support channels, chatbot, or customer service team
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms — including account sharing, payment fraud, or abuse of the FK Points or referral system. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; this does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.

9. Intellectual Property

All video lectures, notes, previous year papers, and other course materials are the intellectual property of FK Tutorials or its content partners. Purchasing a package grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study during your validity period — it does not transfer ownership or any right to reproduce or distribute the material.

10. Limitation of Liability

FK Tutorials provides educational content to support exam preparation but does not guarantee specific exam results or admission outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
